Getting ready for the BBQ of the Decade

Ok, well not really ready at all. We’ve cut down one apple tree, still have one more to go if people are to sit in our back yard! We got a whole bunch of sausage ordered today. These aren’t your normal sausage, rather some nice gourmet stuff like sun dried tomato, apple and cheddar & spring onion. We have a bunch of ribs destined for the smoker and a bunch of strip loins.

Next Friday, we’ll likely hit Costco with Jouni & Leigh before we all descend on the FAB East kitchen.

Oh yeah, I actually forgot to order the keg today, so I’ll have to try to do that on Monday.
