One of Seven

I have to laugh when I think about myself as a cook.... I was such a "Kraft Kitchen Kid” that, the discovery that garlic was not in fact a *salt* was a complete epiphany....*And*, I confess, I was 24! It was such an impactful moment -- rivalled only by the discovery of jalapeno peppers on a trip to Mexico -- that years later, I decided to enrol in cooking school!! Man, life *rocks* when you can thoroughly enjoy not only the fruits, but also the labour!! Fortunately, my husband is also a Foodie Extraordinaire (FE). Whereas my passion is for the kitchen and all things gadget (my *other* handle is “Gadget Girl”), his ultra-exuberance tends toward the vino (although I like to challenge now and then), so we're a perfect match! Like Gary and Sandy, we love, love, *love* to entertain. While we also don’t get to host as often as we’d like, we’re sure to please almost any palate with our creations and pairings. Anyone free next weekend??
