When you have made extra pizza dough, don’t toss it out. Instead, put it in a good freezer bag and stick it in the freezer. It freezes really well and comes in handy for a quick snack like this rustic Roman style pie.
EVOO, chopped garlic, tiny plum tomatoes, bocconcini and cooked on the BBQ over indirect heat. Finish with some fresh grated parm and all is good!
