This dish delivers mild, yet unexpected flavours. The sauce is inspired by the one for the Steak Gorgonzola Pizza (which is awesome!) from the LCBO’s Food and Drink Magazine (Winter 2008, recipe by Marilyn Bentz-Crowley).
